Thanks for the confirmation. That is the way I remembered it. So, if the County didn't delete it, I guess we need to know who did. The fact it happened three days before it was handed over is pretty interesting, if it wasn't the County that did it. Did they call someone in? Was it done remotely? It certainly would be another reason they don't want the routers handed over.

I expect them to blame the audit for one of two reasons:

  1. They (the audit) deleted it due to incompetence, and restored it.
  2. They (the audit) deleted it and faked the change dates in order to create a scandal and put the election board in legal trouble.

#2 is unlikely as a criminal investigation to the original HD's would show that to be patently false.
