I know of someone who put their child into the small-ish trial in the US for 12-15 year olds. There were a few thousand children who partook in this, back in January 2021.

It was a double blind trial, but it has since been revealed that the child received the vaccine rather than the placebo.

The child has had severe symptoms, including being paralyzed from the waist down (still ongoing) and for a period of time they had many blackouts a day. After a few months they were diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder.

It seems to be the case that the trial doctors have zero liability, and whoever ran the trial is refusing to take responsibility. The parent(s) are looking into their legal options in this regard, and want to warn others of the risks associated with the vaccine (particularly for children).

These trials are being used to open up the vaccines for a greater number of children, or, that's their intent anyways. For example, the Canadian government is authorizing these vaccines for 12-15 or 16 year olds, on the basis of this US trial, as I understand it.

I've seen a few lawsuit links and ideas floating around here on GAW over the past few weeks or maybe the past month or two, for masks/vaccines/etc.. Not sure if any of these are applicable to this parent's and child's situation.

Does anyone know where we could direct the parent(s) for their legal options? Are there any class actions to sign onto? Would going public with the media help their cause?
