Someone posted something how this is illegal against the Fourth Amendment and title 3 of the Civil Rights Act which states you can't ask about a person's medical condition

However, if your employer asks your health care provider directly for information about you, your provider cannot give your employer the information without your authorization unless other laws require them to do so.
Couldn't find the definition of a wellness program.
Just because they can ask, I don't see any it written down that you have to comply with that request.
