Yeah I've kind of thought about this for awhile now. I think they gave us a ton of declasses and we're kind of a civilian ran analytics firm. I think that's cool. No bureaucracy just patriotic Americans keeping an eye on the weird shit in their neighborhoods..
I think this could be both. It could be an initiative started under Big Mike’s bottom that some patriots used to start the boomerang but building a parallel white hat organisation (or developing an already existing organisation by carving off funding). The Q initiative is virtually cost neutral - we don’t get paid for digging but there’s obviously people in the background overseeing and contributing to this ongoing campaign. Given the amount of boomerangs we’ve seen it wouldn’t surprise me if the white hats saw the possibilities of the initiatives that the Dems were setting up and - as there seems to have been major compartmentalisation, Op Sec and minimal oversight on spending, they made hay and developed a good guys network without the black hats being aware. Kind of hiding in plain sight?

The media likes to say "The Pentagon" did this or that. Is that a way of telling us that congress and the president don't really control anything, it's not even necessarily the US military, it's "The Pentagon"
