Everyone should have this “y” shape in their outer ear. If that shape is distorted, you’re likely to have some physical damage or birth defects. Did you highlight the Y to point out something?

I’m not trying to sound snarky. I just want to point it out because a lot of people have never even noticed this structure on themselves or others. I’m not sure if it is or isn’t the same person in the pic. I notice similarities.
