Is there a case for a class action suit against Anthony Fauci? The way he's flip flopped on his advice has been horrible for business.
Some of his advice seems to have directly adversely targeted small local businesses who don't have the capacity to conform to the idiotic and arbitrary rules, contrast with businesses like Home Depot and Target.
What are we doing here folks? Let's fight back!
I-ANAL.
Rule 23 of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure governs federal class actions. Rule 23 (a) Prerequisites, (2) there are questions of law or fact common to the class.
What would you plead are the common questions?
Universally, we were all damaged by the lockdowns. Small business owners in particular were forced to shut down and enforce arbitrary mask mandates due to advice given by Fauci.
His voice holds significant weight in the public space and due to this reason his advice directly damaged businesses and individuals.
The constant flip-flopping of his advice, dramatic swings from no masks to masks etc, shows that his advice was not based in any scientific research but more likely politics.
Add to all this the fact that the NIH helped fund gain of function research at the Wuhan virology lab and I think there's enough common question to cover the case. No?
Damn nothing? No case than folks, tyranny rules.
