When your out shopping, even if it’s a Wal-Mart or Amazon, see if you can purchase an item outside of ‘made in China’. I myself have a hard time shopping outside of these big box stores due to location and one thing I’ve learned, everything is becoming made in China. Items made in Finland or Vietnam, Israel, America, just a year or two ago, now made in China. We feed our enemy.
The way I see it, keep shopping those stores if you have to, just don’t buy that Chinese product. Search around, online or wherever. Let those shelves stay full and stack high of Chinese garbage. I even make post-its I stick to certain shelves at stores saying “is anything available that isn’t made in China”. Wake people up to this. It’s sad when looking for even a kitchen knife the first option, oh looks it’s from China, 2nd China, 3rd China “wtf”, 4th-5th-6th China!
I mean literally the entire Hobby Lobby store is China. I’ve brought this up to management at my nearest store, which is an hour away, and they completely agree. She even said the outside of the store should be labeled ‘Hobby Lobby, China products.’
Only way to fix this is the ripple effect. I’ve worked on just family members and yesterday I heard them complaining to others how bad the “made in China” stuff is to their friends. They’ve caught on. When you start to notice, it’s aggravating. We have been invaded, for awhile now. And if we keep feeding the beast, it will just get worse.
This is just a request, and my personal war and protest. Maybe others would like to help. Thx ?

Here is a fun fact. The CCP ships (trafficks) “low quality human beings” to countries like Italy to work as slaves in order to get a “Made in Italy” label on the product. Buy less. Buy local. Repair, reuse, repurpose. (also buy made in Taiwan lol ^_^)
Corporate America has been building their entire business on this very matter and bribing lawmakers to make it easier to outsource America. We are paying the piper now
I needed a new pair of bypass pruners. Everything I've seen to date has been made in China -- even the Fiskars brand. I went to the store yesterday and saw the Fiskars pair alongside a no-name brand from Vietnam. The Fiskars were $5 more.
The pair from Vietnam actually had some heft to them, had probably twice the metal content of the Fiskars, and were well-made with a good design.
Guess which pair I bought.
Oh, and the no-name brand had a 5-year warranty, to boot.
Yeah Fiskars failed me recently too. Cept I ended up keeping them because I had used them for awhile alrdy had some wear on them when someone mentioned Chinese made. I looked awesome explaining how my other Fiskar brand tools were all Finland. Then I looked at the inside the handle “made in China”... ah man I was ticked. Now I got a piece of betrayed junked!
Priorities priorities priorities. I live on an island, like with a ferry boat, and it’s 50 miles to shopping. I haven’t been into Wal*Mart in two decades.

China is literally buying our country up now. I mean a few years ago, heck two years ago, it seemed you know 50/50, which is bad enough. But now it’s everything. I mean my wood working tools, axes, Redwing boots, leather gloves, pants, my Trump hat! I mean wtf!?
I feel you. Everything is made there. Even companies that claim local ownership (and still use it as a marketing tactic) are owned by Chinese interests.
Nothing is made locally where I live. Engineering parts are the worst offenders. Machine screws, bearings, springs, connectors, electrical components, LiPo batteries, etc. All has to be bought online from China directly or from shitty niche resellers that just import it from China in bulk.
Any piece of technology you can buy probably has parts made in Shenzhen. It is so hard to compete with the Chinese because of the ecosystem they have there. You can hit the streets in Shenzhen and find anything you want in a day in any quantity.
I'd buy more shit from the U.S. if you wankers sorted out your units. Your fit and tolerance standards are munted.
I'm in...have been for years...im old so I HAVE noticed the slow but sure take-over of our retail by 'made in chinee' EVEN the CoveyVirus was MADE IN CHINA!! LOL But seriously, stop buying, start inquiring, and use our money to support USA, or at least not CHINEE!
Also be very careful with food items. The ingredients can come from China but processed in a another country, for example ginger garlic paste. It may say product of Canada, but the ginger and garlic may come from China. The last thing you want to eat is produce grown in the ground in China. Last time I checked even Winn Dixi had fresh ginger from China. That’s a hard no for me.
simple answer...They suck
Recently found wood handled flatware made in Taiwan; the set was not new but I was glad to get them.l There also was some made in Thailand.Don't have to buy made in china if one really tries....
