So how does one lead you to the other?
Odd to blame porn for causing other behaviors that are more physically addictive, to be sure.
If you stop fapping to porn, you don't have crushing withdrawals that hit your body hard like drugs, nicotine or alcohol.
True, but because replaces a biological imperative it is in someways more devious, harder to hit "rock bottom" or see the effect it might be having.
I'm sure it does have an effect; as your dopamine levels return to normal you may feel a little down or depressed.
But when you quit the other vices, you will be suffering from headaches, sweats, shivering or overheating, a very upset stomach, dizziness, etc. and when you fall off the wagon you will find that you don't have these effects on the substances so the path of least resistance is just to continue with the vice.
For porn, it's fairly easy to make the choice or fill your time with other hobbies or fill your time with social interaction that doesn't leave you enough time or energy to be alone long enough to do the deed to porn. For the other stuff, it's much harder. Bonus is that you will falsely remember how good it felt to do them which makes it hard to stay sober.
