Sidney Powell: We’re definitely in uncharted territory. There are cases where elections have been overturned. But there’s never been one at the presidential level where everybody will jump to point out. That doesn’t mean it can’t be done, though. There’s always the first case. And as far as I know, this is the first case of abject fraud and obtaining a coup of the United States of America. So, it’s going to have to be dealt with. It should be that he can simply be reinstated, that a new inauguration day is set. (cheers) And Biden is told to move out of the White House. And President Trump should be moved back in.
Start with the small ones. They'll be proven first anyway. As the small oned are proven, the dem's power is diminished, the house and senate flip to republican control, and it becomes much easier to accomplish a full flip of the presidency.
Scenario: Mark Kelly of AZ stole his senate seat. Senate flips. Othet minor house seats flip and dem control of house is diminished. Second state completes an audit and additional seats flip. GA completes an audit and two senate seats and a few house seats flip. This carries on until enough electoral votes have shifted that Trump is clearly the winner. Republicans control both house and senate but many additional states are doing audits. Dems block congressional action against Biden and SCOTUS refuses to take up seat. More audits are completed and the evidence is overwhelming that dems cheated EVERYWHERE. Senate flips to 2/3rd republican. House impeaches entire Biden administration. Senate confirms impeachment. Trump is still not president because the republican house speaker is.
Then we see of the republicans have learned their lesson. Do they embrace Trump's style or do they reject him and go back to business as usual with themselves in power?
Short of a SCOTUS decision, I don't see a path back to the WH for Trump that exists within the constitutional framework.
