Q is a United States Military Intelligence operation, working hand-in-hand with the President of the United States. Some could easily argue that Donald J. Trump was hand chosen years ago by the United States Military to aid them in this critical and historic operation.

When the audits are complete, and they prove fraud, and if they prove foreign powers were involved with the election steal, the military will have to take action. President Trump can't be reinstated, as there are no provisions in the Constitution that allows that, however, of the fraud is shown, and the audits prove it, the Biden administration will be removed from office, and a new election will be held under military supervision.
Will there be military tribunals? Possibly. Hopefully. This country has been wanting justice for decades. Our government has been corrupt for decades.

Now, I don't necessarily trust Jenna Ellis, but she is right, he can't be reinstated Constitutionally, it doesn't allow that. If we want him back, we gotta do it Constitutionally and legally. However, we can't reinstate him even if the Constitution allowd that, because he's still the President.

To add to this. The left knows this as well. How so? Because they tried impeaching him right before their fake president was falsely sworn in. This is a good post, but this whole situation is very confusing. Hopefully the rest of my comment does not come across as having a harsh tone. These are good faith questions.
Can you point us to the Article or Amendment that states a fraudulent Presidential election cannot be rectified? It is clear a person cannot be reinstated, that implies they were serving the current term, removed, and returned, as provided in the 25th Amendment.
But where does the Constitution bar overturning a fraudulent election, certifying the true results, and inaugurating the person we truly elected? This is why we have a true Constitutional crisis, the Constitution does not provide explicit direction for resolving this situation. But surely the Framers did not intend we stage a new election versus installing the person we duly elected.
First, we had an election, and it was compromised by china and other countries to install an illegitimate, belligerent federal government. That is quite obviously an act of war. The results of that fraudulent election are tainted and cannot be used. Therefore, a new election must be held.
Second, china released a biological weapon throughout the whole world. It was used in part to help them with the cyber warfare attack on US election systems, but the attack using biological weapons is itself also an act of war.
Once the forensic audit in AZ proves china's involvement in election fraud (extra credit if it can also be proven that the chinese virus originated in the wuhan lab and was deliberately released), the military will declare martial law.
Martial law supersedes all civilian branches of government. The military will then a) fight the war with china, b) conduct new elections with all the fraud and foreign interference removed, and c) prosecute all the traitors that helped the foreign governments with their various attacks on the US.
I wonder between the time that the military takes control and there is no longer a president will there no longer be a senate or a congress, or will just those elected in the last election be thrown out? How fast till a new election is possible? Throw them out now and have elections in November?
(I still think Trump should be put in the White House as President since he did win the election. Show the proof. Have public hangings for the leaders of the coup.)

It's about EVERY race on the ballot. Governors, House & Senate, State and local judges, mayors, state representatives, local offices...
Fraud was all the way down the ballot. We may even discover that California has been a Republican state all along... and fraud kept the Democrats in office. Both the U.S. House and Senate may flip after fraud is removed from the elections. After all... it's NOT just about the 2020 election. The same fraudulent Dominion vote counting system has been in place for a decade in many states.
If the military needs to oversee new elections.... it will to total. Every office.
