It does not mean that the email is not real. What is means is the information contained in the email is obtained somewhere.
That might be the thing you are referencing.
That said: you did not provide any persuading evidence this to be the case. Merely, suspicion.

What did Fautsjie do with it? How does that relate to his statement both in writing and in speech after receiving the email? What did he do with the information? How does that relate to the other studies, for example the Bayesian one. (you can find it in my post - list), the study conducted by a German physicist, whistleblower study, etc.

By comparing the time stamp of both the email and article some inference can be drawn as to the source. However, say for arguments sake the article is from NIH or other peer reviewed scientific source, there is reason the pose the question: what has he done with it, and what is the reason this is not publicly shared under his direction?

At any rate, I cannot find any academic qualifications. Irrespective of that, bitch slapping a guy like Fautsjie with established papers showing how this got done, is not a bad idea, and does not proof fakeness. Quite the contrary actually.

Quite funny to think he now is 24/7 busy pouring over all scientific papers and evidence to not only find the origins of this artificial virus, but also how to cure it, and how to help those who have gotten the jab and potentially reverse it.
This teaches us that it is not about who says something (call to authority, which is a logical fallacy) but what somebody says and the quality of the presented evidence.
