I don't know who Jodie Dillman actually is, as I can't find any relevant Jodie Dillman's who would have any sway, but I suspect - only a suspicion - that this person was trying to spread the narrative that the CCP wanted to be spread... i.e "Very Infectious Bad Virus Killing Millions! Must shut down economies the world over!"
The hyperbolic BS they were doing with welding people into apartments and spreading those "fall over dead on the street" videos.
I suspect this email to be related to that narrative, whether sent by a well meaning but manipulated person, or a stooge for the CCP.
