In the Dr. Fauci email dump, it shows that he received an email early-February 2020 which contained a link to a ZeroHedge story about COVID possibly being an engineered bioweapon (containing part of HIV). Fauci replied to this email, asking to call the person who had emailed him.

The next day, Twitter banned ZeroHedge.
