Every now and then i hear about those secret projects and some say that these projects may relate to Q.
How do you think they relate to Q? (if they do so)
Where i can find some videos or resources about them? (so i can understand better)

I remember seeing on a public access Chanel back in the 90s- this “crazy” old man talking about the Montauk project and the Philadelphia experiment, his name was Al Bielek. I don’t think he was that crazy anymore.

I've heard some good things about the mantauk project on the podcast Theories of the Third Kind.

I could see it being used by the Q team, if it's a real thing, to spy on targets.
