I'm not sure how the modern Army organizes infantry, but seven (7) soldiers tells me this is the equivalent of a rifle squad (back in my day) and in the NATO exercise might have gotten lost and/or disoriented. This is probably a non-story, and someone will get reprimanded for it and that's about all. Truly, nothing to see here.
