Supreme Court: Illegal Immigrants INELIGIBLE To Become Permanent Residents!

In a UNANIMOUS Supreme Court ruling, SCOTUS has determined that thousands of people currently living in the U.S. for humanitarian reasons are INELIGIBLE to apply for permanent residency.

The court found that federal immigration law prohibits people who entered the country illegally from seeking green cards to stay in the U.S. permanently.

The case pitted the Biden administration against groups who argued that illegal immigrants could put down permanent roots in the U.S if they had been given 'humanitarian protections'. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ❓Tired of mainstream reporting? Join our Channel👇 t.me/Maxx1News

"The Supreme Court unanimously rules that thousands of immigrants living in the U.S. under Temporary Protected Status are ineligible to apply for “green cards” to remain in the country permanently."

What happened to SCOTUS to make them all suddenly rule unanimously on all these issues?

No, seriously. Wtf actually happened?

Then you can be sure that's a lie.

IMO

  1. the plan happened and

  2. the plan had always been in place and they were instructed to turn down the TX case as well. they have been following orders all along.

I want to believe this like I want my next breath of unfiltered air. My brain just doesn't seem able to accept that all these treacherous subhuman fucks are cooperating like this.

The FBI's sketchy Russian hacker story + SCOTUS's unanimous about face + California lifting gun ban + Kamala's speech in Guatemala = Patriots in Control

incogneato 12 points ago +12 / -0

I'd like to know, too. They were somehow forced into not looking at massive election fraud, but now they're going to do what is right.

This ruling is great, but yeah, WTAF happened to make them start behaving like the United States Supreme Court instead of a monkey's paw for the Deep State?

13
FiatLux 13 points ago +13 / -0

I'll take the bait.

BEFORE: WTAF happened before (no election fraud cases):

Deep state was still in control and used corruption and blackmail (their usual tactics) to force Justices to pass it election review by. It was the swearing-in of Biden (or maybe the senate vote) which was the trigger for the military takeover.

NOW: The Plan is happening and likely the SC justices have been pardoned for any crimes that were being held over their heads, so now are free to rule as the merits of the cases allow, and as we would expect experts in their field to judiciously interpret the law.

Behind the scenes the swamp continues to drain, and democrats get Pyrrhic victories in the pop culture and hot-button issues which further alienate them from the broader citizen base.

HOLES: The hole in this story is assuming Kagan and the others would actually vote based on the law if freed from their blackmail. Perhaps it is the conservatives (Roberts) which have been pardoned, and the liberal justices which are now being controlled by the White Hats - in other words if the communists are going to use such a disgusting creature to infiltrate our beloved court, then we have no problem capturing and controlling that asset to at least undo the damage done. This is another possible scenario though I like the idea that, once freed from blackmail, they apply the law judiciously and the Q team doesn't 'control' anybody in the un-american way the deep state tries to.

ALTERNATE BEFORE: White hats were in control already and instructed the justices to wait on the cases so that Democrats could 'go through with it' and dig their hole deeper - they also knew that it was too early for this kind of ruling as the fever was high in the country - best to let Biden and Harris alienate their supporters and drive people back to Trump, to inflict a bit of pain, so that they would be more open to a decision which puts Trump back in office. That's why the judges punted on those early cases - they were instructed to wait, because it may have actually led to Civil War - where now, if they pass something in August or September when the gas prices really start to spike and the foreclosure moratorium expires, people will be happy to see it.

Just some speculation. What do you guys think?

I sure hope you are right about this. It would make sense. It was absolutely unbelievable to see the SCOTUS refuse to look at massive election fraud.

Alcide1065 2 points ago +2 / -0

EXCELLENT! I’ve been thinking the same thing all along. They needed to step back and allow the crimes to be committed before they could act.

2
Serendipity8 2 points ago +2 / -0

Makes sense to me. And it’s very encouraging.

dirk 9 points ago +9 / -0

Not just the Federal Supreme Court too. You have California's court overturning their "assault" weapons ban and Illinois's court overturning FOID card laws. Decades old laws are suddenly getting tossed out in blue states in favor of 2A.

5
SmolPedeBestPede 5 points ago +5 / -0

California is not, and has never been, a blue state. It was always a deep state lie.

2
dirk 2 points ago +2 / -0

I live in Illinois and I suspect California is a blue state in the same way that Illinois is in that your single, deeply corrupt metropolis somehow decides the politics for the rest of the entire state, even though the rest of the state views the city as a metaphorical tumor.

“thousands of people”... only “thousands”? Aren’t there millions?

We accept over a million legal immigrants every year. Crazy right?

1

You’d be surpized how many of those legal immigrants hate socialism and voted for Trump.

It’s American homegrown blue haired LBGTQP unemployed snowflakes who are the insane liberal lefties supporting the crazy democratic policies.

I don't care. America is for Americans.

3

My thoughts exactly

9
Stdh2 9 points ago +9 / -0

I can only think the refusal to look at the fraud was part of the plan. If they had and overturned ,it would be great for us right there. but it wouldn't be as deep of a healing as letting people see that there's Powers behind the scene. willing to put a bumbling idiot into that seat of power for their own control .I think this will wake up people to the idea of the cabal more than a court case victory would have.thats the only way I can see that in a positive light. We can look to see if more cases are judged as they should be for verification of this theory but I feel a shift in the matrix I don't think we have much longer before it comes to light.

9
ravonaf 9 points ago +9 / -0

How do liberal Judges, who have dedicated their lives to overthrowing the US Constitution in favor of International law vote for this but conservative Judges, who say they have dedicated their lives to US Constitutional law, not look at hard evidence of voter fraud?

6
BoatingAccident 6 points ago +6 / -0

Because there is something else going on. That's why. They were told not to look at the fraud by white hats I am 99% positive. There's no way we could have exposed everything if they took the TX case.

It had to be this way. We have known all along.

I read a lot about people not wanting to work for minimum wage which makes hiring difficult. Two ways to solve this. 1. Raise wages, which makes everything more expensive for everybody. 2. Flood the country with illegals which puts a burden on the taxpayers.

Could this decision be a way to save the taxpayers? Let the illegals in to work for less than minimum wage, and not have any resposibility for them?

However you try to solve this, someone gets fucked. In this case it’s all the latinos who have been working hard for years to build a life and try to make it up the ladder. No wonder that Texan town with 85% latinos turned republican.

I wonder if part of the plan is to let Biden take a lot of unpopular decisions, that Trump is just happy to not be part of.

1

I hope they extend this logical thinking to the BLM and Antifa criminals they have “catches and released” the past year.

4
Grief 4 points ago +4 / -0

Soo all those DACA kids are never getting their permanent legal status?! About freakin time they stop rewarding criminals. I don't care how you got here, if it was by breaking the law or your parent brought you illegally, you are a criminal. Period.

1
kish-kumen 1 point ago +1 / -0

Benefitting from someone else's criminal act is itself criminal, right?

Like if my father swindled millions of dollars and put 15% of his ill gotten gains into a trust for me, I should be criminally charged (or forced to give it back).

1
Grief 1 point ago +1 / -0

Forced to give it back (or go back in this situation).

1
kish-kumen 1 point ago +1 / -0

.. And don't get me wrong. Should there be a path to citizenship for a person who got brought here illegally as a 2yr old child? Sure. Absolutely. Should it be through DACA? No. It should be the same as everyone else. Let them leave and reenter. Don't punish them for the time they were here (that's not their fault) but don't make it any easier to become a citizen either.

Using my first example, I may have to give my trust fund back to the victims of my father's pyramid scheme, but I can still set up a legal trust fund!

In other words, GTFO!

3

Does this even really matter? If they aren't being deported, they basically have de facto "permanent residency" anyways, don't they? And that doesn't even take into account anchor babies.

If u come to this country the wrong way u should not be granted the right path to citizenship!! Get in line and do ir correctly like lots of respectable hard working immigrants do. This country was built upon immigration but if u want to enjoy our precious way of awesome American life than u have to play by our rules if not turn the fuck around and quit making it hard and giving a bad name to all the ones who do come here legally searching for their slice of delicious American pie!!! According to the Selective Service LAW, ALL ILLEGAL Immigrant Males, unless prevented by TREATY, are to sign up at age 18-25 Just Like American Citizens and LEGAL Immigrants. If they do NOT the following penalties will happen (also if an ILLEGAL Immigrants is over the age of the Selective Service Law, but was RESIDING in the U.S. during the requirement but did not comply):

May affect citizenship NO Federal Student Loans NO Federal Jobs NO Federal Benefits

Our Representatives, Govt. doesn't seem to care that these "dreamers" and older border law breakers Statistically comply with this Law at 0%.

American citizens have a rate of compliance averaging 95% and above.

Say you are an American like my kids? Then sign up like we have had to since 1980.

https://www.sss.gov/register/who-needs-to-register/

1
kish-kumen 1 point ago +1 / -0

They do once they get a driver license. In most states, signing for a license also registers you with the selective service.

1

I'm not sure "living in the U.S. for humanitarian reasons" is the same thing as illegal alien.

If someone is more informed, can you answer if this ruling applies to aliens entering as formal refugees, DACA kids, actual alien adults who came illegally, or some variation of these?
