Yes this and the 9-0 overturning on 6/2/21 the 9th circuit ruling that immigration judges can decide the ultimate truth of illegal immigrant asylum claims...these two 9-0 decisions make me think that the SC has been righted... so unusual to have unanimous decisions at all.
