Why are the 'who's really in charge" people continuing to post this nonsense via this video? The inauguration was January 20th and the election was November 3rd that year before remember? There is that time you have a president-elect and someone who was still sitting pres and you can get letters from that sitting pres. Even though the election is over because the new president has not yet been inaugurated.

He applied for the letter because his service would not really be during the Biden Administration. So you can still get a letter during the crossover time frame. I downloaded you because that is not why he got the letter from Trump. Very easy to find the protocol why you get these letters during the changing of presidents. When his retirement papers began to go through Biden was not inaugurated yet and you can request one from the sitting president who is still sitting president before and up to January 20t! It's right on the Trump 45 website to click for any letters that you need during his service.
