No they're not stupid. They think their plan will work. The owners of cmt couldn't give two fucks about cmt or anyone who works there or their customers.

They're betting they can take a loss there, use propoganda to shape culture and therefore reality, and pick up gains elsewhere.

If anything it just tells me they're pulling out all the stops. We're on the precipice and only one team will win.
