We need to take all these people that are responsible for these pandemics, place them in a underground bunker, set up cameras , seal the exits and then fill it with MERS, SARS, bird flu, Pig flu, zika, Ebola, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, chicken pox, monkeypox, turn it into a big petri dish and watch the mold grow on them.
