My first understanding of these concepts was doing a research paper and I found LBJs commencement address at Howard University in 1965 wherein he plainly established equal outcomes as a national objective (policy?)

I'm not sure, I only recently found Voddie Baucham. He's got a book, look him up. Solid researcher, smart guy. Inform yourself to be prepared to push back when churches, employers, etc start vomiting SJ stuff.
