My fiancee and I just got our marriage licence at the Williamson county Texas courthouse. No mask required and not one single person I saw had a mask. How it should have been all along! Come on blue states, you can do this too!

The only way to be maskless in blue states is to normalize it. Be the people in your community that gets others used to seeing faces again.
