What a wonderful woman. When Trump comes back, I hope he sends Martin County 100 million!!!
While the money would be nice, it would be unconstitutional. KY is responsible for the roads and bridges, other than the interstates. The electric companies are responsible for the electric lines. Whoever is running KY needs to stop spending everything along the I75 corridor and spread it out a little.
Other parts of KY are bad too. I was in north central KY a number of years ago driving on a two-lane road that was barely wide enough for two small cars to pass. An oncoming truck would run you onto the shoulder. I saw a sign that said "Road Narrows Ahead." I wondered just how much narrower the road could get. When I got around the curve, there was an ancient iron railroad trestle going across the road, and the supports were only wide enough for one car to pass.
The State of KY needs to take care of all of KY.
