Man it’s all bullshit. They found some shit crashed, buried it deep within a quasi military corporate structure and then developed the tr3b and patented it. The navy been leaking this shit out for plausible deniability when they use it to spy or attack the Chinese. Notice recently the Chinese asked the UN to step in with the UFO problem? Why? These fucking things are probably all over their shit.
