I believe for me at least I didn't like church because I never understood the messages put out to me I wasn't much of a reader; Also I figured the tellings of the bible seemed fishy to me like the victor in history decides what history is true and what isn't. I personally have a great connection to God and I feel I go more off of being good to those around me. I accepted Jesus in my heart and my mind is my church to God
