I'm not sure anything actually changed on WHO website. I ran it through web archive, looked at several version, April, May https://web.archive.org/web/20210512225347/https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/covid-19-vaccines/advice

Did a text compare, it's the same.

Of course they may have had Web archive backchange it, that's possible, but at least the archives don't show any changes.
