How can one test positive for a virus that doesn’t exist?

Coronaviruses exist and have done for a loong time, so PCR can detect sequences from those virus fragments that DO exist and will likely be in your body already.

COVID 19 on the other hand has apparently never been isolated.

Also, considering the VAX makes you produce spike protein from "COVID" wouldnt EVERYONE who has been vaxxed potentially test positive?
