I lived in Dockside Condos, Charleston, SC. Dockside is four years older also built of reinforced concrete. Supposedly the first on the East Coast. I lived there through the discovery of rusting rebar bursting the concrete and the very expensive remediation. There were a number of assessments of $$10s of $$Millions to the residents.
