Blockchain encrypted voter id layered on top of traditional watermarked ballots.
Step 1: Voter shows up to vote and presents federally issued voter id. Step 2: Voter fills out paper ballot and deposits it into the box. Step 3: Poll worker scans the ballot with a machine. Step 4: Voter's identification is immediately entered into the encrypted ledger. Step 5: The machine tallies the vote locally, and uploads the vote to the encrypted ledger. Step 6: Voter goes home, logs into his / her voter record and verifies his / her vote went to the candidate(s) they desired. Step 7: In the case of a discrepancy, voter may present evidence from encrypted ledger to polling location or state voter agency for correction. Step 8: State and federal voting agencies tally reports of voting discrepancies and using basic statistical data they pinpoint locations of probable fraud. These agencies then flag votes in those areas as possibly fraudulent, sending out e-mails, letters, and text messages to voters requesting that they check the encrypted ledger to ensure their vote was correctly tabulated.
Throughout all eight of these steps, no voter data is uploaded anywhere but in the encrypted ledger. Only the voter, with their unique voter identification pass phrase would be able to log into the encrypted ledger and verify their vote. The counting process of the machine is 100% traditional. All local vote tallying stays local.
This is a fool proof method of cutting out all vote theft and counterfeit ballots. The chances are that if one voter reports a problem in the ledger, the county will be able to find more cases by tracing that report to the set of watermarked ballots that were in circulation at the time of voting.
This is the Deep State's worst nightmare. A system of 100% accountability.
The only problem with that is you just did away with the secret ballot. People can be coerced into showing others how they voted and either reward or punished.
That’s the part that’s tough to solve.
