Send them packing. I blame the administrators of the Olympics. Make them sign something air tight. You honor the country, respect the flag or you are automatically withdrawn, lose your medal, and have to repay all expenses, fines, and taxes associated with the medals. They also will be banned for life from further participation. Same holds for our sports teams at home.
