Everyone gets a CDC vax card after being vaccinated but most are hand written and have little identifying info other than patient name and DOB. Is there a central database that can confirm the legitimacy of a CDC vax card?

I read that you need to give name, SSN and health insurance information when you get the vax. If that's true, then it seems they could have created a database along the way. BUT, you would have to ask someone who got the vax if that is true.
