I just checked the VAERS link, and one of the most recent reports is from someone reporting that their grandmother died a few hours after receiving the vaccine, but the hospital refused to report it or even acknowledge it.

This would confirm that not all deaths are being reported and that some hospitals are actively suppressing numbers.
