From a post I saw, apparently avenatti took that picture from his Mercedes g wagon which he drives, and they tried identifying that person and Q got the photo from his phone and posted it

So I'm guessing the real Michael avenatti/person who was a traitor/planned the missile shit was Peter strzok and John Brennan? Strzok cheated on his wife with fbi lawyer Lisa page and his wife has his phone and they got ahold of it..
