It's when the momentum changes and everything is coming up Milhouse. Normally preceded by a dry spell of overt happenings or a period of intense deep state demoralization. It signifies us entering the "good" timeline.
Q playing with project looking glass has caused a multidimensional singularity where we constantly fluctuate between the good and bad timelines. Usually a series of big events causes a timeline shift. Trump's CPAC speach must have created enough energy to initiate the latest shift.
Now, of-course, you may be wondering, did I just make that second paragraph up? The answer is a resounding YES!
I don't buy this looking glass where someone can see into the future. I do buy the idea that nothing is really completely random and someone with the information available right now can see the most likely path going forward. Maybe even to a point where there is no other outcome. Even though there may be a few paths to get to that outcome. Especially when one can help direct a certain path to achieve that outcome which is what I believe President Trump is doing.
To add a little spice to the shifting timelines thing ... Mandela Effect. Funky stuff happening everywhere. Remember something one way with perfect clarity and now you can notice and in fact research it and find apparently it never was. But it's never that simple, residue of the original can almost always be found. Weird ass stuff.
Re: Mandela Effect (I could have sworn Mandela had two Ls!) sorry, I don't believe that it's anything other than people misremembering things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGgUrj10HdM
Trump's rhetoric of late suggests that a timeline shift may indeed be in effect. Recommended action: shift our happening-meters to 'in progress".
Could you explain exactly what you mean by "timeline shift"?

You may have made it up, but you are not wrong.

My best guess. Q doesn't predict the future. Q makes the future.

More like Trump is on the offensive.... it's his turn.
Good to see that other Time Cops are on duty.
