I am absolutely convinced this plan is playing out right now. I wonder if Durham is using these proofs and cross references to the Law of War manual in his investigations and grand jury indictments? And if so, does Durham have military JAG assisting him? Are these bad actors flown down to GITMO for shakedowns?
