So 155 Million voters in total voted? 72% of registered voters voted? According to the Washington Post 66.2% voted. Where did the extra 6% come from?

Joe Biden 'won' 17% of all counties, only won 1 Bellwether county, lost Ohio, Florida and Iowa and lost all the house seat 'toss-ups' but got the most votes in history?
