I don't have any social media accounts any more, so I haven't been censored. But couldn't anyone realistically claim damages in this class action? Vaccine adverse reaction information was specifically targeted..... how many people got the vaccine because they didn't know any better, or knows someone that was injured as a result of getting the vaccine.

From what I read, there is no actual " damages" thus it has a better chance to get in front of a Judge and be a Constitutional challenge. Not a lawyer but know that this is more powerful than a monetary resolution.
