Personally, I think they are currently lying about the % who got it already... the % is not insignificant, but I bet it is at least 10 - 15% lower than they claim... and much lower in some places.

I look at it a little differently. They will still need that 30% as slaves due to the fact robots aren't capable of doing everything needed atleast for the time being. Things such as building a house, farming, or building a road. Who will fix their cars, planes, and leaky roofs? Eventually they will more than likely be able to accomplish that but for now slaves would be necessary to keep the world moving.
