What triggered your personal awakening? When did yours happen? This is what is leading to the GREAT awakening.

Mine personally began in early 2010s being a curious person and digging around. The final straw that broke the camels back was the elections of 2016. That is what solidified these truths as big media and big government began their 4 year, relentless attacks. 2019 was the final nail in the coffin, the beginning of agenda 21...

That's a wonderful testimony. On my morning walk and talk with God I said to God, "I'd love for my husband to support me. I'm tired of working for the state." We need to get back to one parent at home. This divide and conquer even within the nuclear family is Satan's handiwork.

So have you researched more about Ephesians 6? The family is God’s institution on earth. His Truth is where the real mocking and ridicule reside. Why is that? Every notice how every religion is promoted on TV - especially those animal spirit ying yang buddhists but NEVER Jesus Christ.

Man, my awakening is pretty boring comparatively. Someone I know named Roth had a child, and people joked about "Roth's child" and I didn't get it. Once I looked into it, I was never the same again.

9/11 was my red pill moment. I’m 34, and I remember it happening and the narrative was terrorist attacks blah blah.

Well when I was in my 20s, I watched a couple documentaries about 9/11, I looked up my own information and I actually visited the memorial in New York.

The red pill moment through all that was there is too many unanswered questions to satisfy my need to know all the details. Things just don’t add up.

When you ask “where’s the plane that hit the pentagon? Where’s the plane that crashed in the field?”

Then JFK being shot.. no one can confidently tell me what the hell happened that day.

Now I question everything. In a healthy manner of course :)

39
A_Russian_Wall 39 points ago +39 / -0

Building 7 didn't kill itself.

10
MAGAftwftp 10 points ago +10 / -0

Correct. What’s wild about the whole 9/11 thing is my Russian friend told me Bush planned it back in 2008-9 maybe. He was like you’ll see man. I said fuck off don’t talk about muh Bush like that!!!...........I can’t wait to see him again and share the bottle of Vodka he gave me 17(!) years ago from an old distillery in RU that’s shut down now, came in a Matryoshka doll.

10
Conspiracytheorist 10 points ago +10 / -0

My theory: Bush and crew were all in on it. They wanted a reason to get into a war, because war means MONEY. Cheney had a huge role in it, and I think George bush Sr did as well. I think Jeb bush helped plan it. The note the wives* and big mike got were I think something along the lines of 9/11.

If you get time, track down a documentary called “Loose Change”. It leaves it up to you to decide with a lot of questions to ask afterwards. I think there was planned explosions. I think there was one of the planes that was unmanned with a fuel tank on the belly of it. I think a missile hit the pentagon. Building 7 was a planned explosion.

The memorial in New York is disgusting.

When you enter the building you go through like your at an air port, than you walk in like cattle to a movie theater where they make you watch a movie for 10 minutes of full blown propaganda. How bush SAVED THE CITY. Knowing what could be the truth and seeing all the deceased names is heart breaking.

I watched "Loose Change" in 2006. That's what really opened my eyes about 9/11.

4
PepeSee 4 points ago +4 / -0

"The memorial in New York is disgusting." - so is "Freedom Tower" vs rebuilding the damn things right/better. Which IIRC Trump said was the only thing to do.

2
Conspiracytheorist 2 points ago +2 / -0

A Jew took out an insurance policy on the WTC towers 5 weeks before the collapse, then demanded to be paid in the realm of 4.5 billion dollars for the buildings. Insurance fought back but after 6 months the Jew and the cronies got their money.

They had plans for freedom tower back in 2000, and they started construction on it in 2002. That should be a fucking huge eye opener.

A crazy thought experiment if you live anywhere near large buildings is to compare the heights of a building in front of you and the height of building 7. The press basically ignored a building 1.5x the tallest building in San Diego disappearing without being hit by a plane.

DinkiDiAussie1 48 points ago +48 / -0

Mine was the 2016 elections ... I am Australian and I will admit I thought Trump was a joke when he ran until someone told me to watch one of his rallies ... I couldn't understand why the media were so pro Hillary and continually mocking Trump .. I had never seen anything like it and I knew nothing about US Politics. I started looking into things like the Clinton Foundation and that began for me an awakening of how sick and corrupt the whole thing is.

24
FractalizingIron 24 points ago +24 / -0

Very similar to my story. Melbournite. I exactly thought Trump was a real joke, but based on a few things from other people, I actually watched some of his speeches and rallies. Immediately resonated in a way all the fake pollies don't.

Then I saw Stefan Molyneux's "The Untruth about Trump" which blew the lid of the Media. Why on earth would the media say he said "this" when Trump actually said "that"?

Likewise, it kind of rolled on from there.

I had taken a few redpills the previous year: looking at the Black Budget, trafficking stuff, all very rabbit hole. But the Trump thing really moved it all along.

3
TheFozz 3 points ago +3 / -0

What's your perception of your fellow Aussies? Are they waking up or are they continuing to be mindless sheep?

3
DinkiDiAussie1 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think there are a lot of sheep in Australia but there are also a lot of people waking up .. at the very least people are not happy with politicians .. we have only a hand full of decent ones .. the rest are weak and swamp!

1
FractalizingIron 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think there is a similar phenomena going on everywhere, at least in the so-called developed world, where people have access to technology, social media, and a level of education.

The uptake on the vaxes has been slower than the authorities want, which is a good sign. The media is as you would expect, but there is a healthy ecology of alt-media and small organizations and groups that know the Globalist agenda to a certain extent, and recognize their puss-like influence on our society.

There are currently some very exciting developments in terms of local-level activism which I hope to share about here at GAW soon.

My impression is that Australia is really not the country many of us thought it was.

My short-term hypothesis is that when the Cabal-controlled British Satanists lost control of America via the revolution, and Australia turned up (first colony founded 1788), they decided to set Australia up as a sort of controlled farm, with the trappings and illusion of "democracy" and self-governance, but were in fact always "handling" us behind the scenes.

It's absolutely mind-boggling the level of compliance and complicity Australians are exhibiting, at least in Victoria. Compared with other country, virtually NO covid19 cases, and yet lockdowns, mandatory masks, constant over-hype are constant. And people buy it.

I do think that more and more are waking up. On the other hands, Aussies are rather easy-going, and fairly decent, so the "do this for everyone else's safety" ploy is rather effective here.

Australians have NEVER experienced any direct threat or challenge to their "freedom" here at home, unlike the US, America, Europe, and pretty much everywhere else. But we DO have enough immigrants or the offspring of immigrants who DO know the stink of tyranny when they see it forming.

We fight on.

1
AReckoningIsComing 1 point ago +1 / -0

"Aussies are rather easy-going, and fairly decent, so the "do this for everyone else's safety" ploy is rather effective here."

Same here in UK. So many work colleagues off sick this week after the jab (3 in a team of 7!!!) yet still dont regret it because they could be "saving somebody's life"

Fuck me, the Collectivist rhetoric is the most insidious aspect of all of this. It's revealed just how Socialist the population have been conditioned to become through the years of brianwashing.

1
FractalizingIron 1 point ago +1 / -0

8
Memeite 8 points ago +8 / -0

Same story, except of Trump it was Pauline Hanson.

I got into a discussion about her with one of my friends Dad who said to watch her speeches and get back to him so I did….. and then as an idiot I posted my findings on Facebook…. Dumb idea.

The backlash and verbal assault from what I thought was smart people was horrible and uncalled for. A lot of respect was lost for a lot of people that day. It was so mean and ongoing. I deleted the post and more messages and insults. From that alone I was sold.

I then started to be a part of this group and I lost friends ….. well more like hangers on or fair weather friends. And I felt better off for it.

I personally enjoy my awakening story.

I was liberal. Not really involved or interested in politics at all, just a normie, basically. One of my old buddies on Facebook posted something about Trump, and we started debating. I of course had no idea what I was talking about. Just parroting what I'd heard passively from friends and on TV.

I was determined to win the argument so I started digging deep. I had to prove him wrong. Didn't take me long to realize .... I was wrong.

So I started paying more attention. I'd listen to the news bash Trump, and then I'd research it. 100% of the time, they were lying.

Alas, here I am.

10
FractalizingIron 10 points ago +10 / -0

"alas"?

I think the word you are looking for is "Glory be!"

5
PepeSee 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is intellectual integrity. Good job, admitting one is wrong and making a reversal like this is what most won't let happen. (I had to, similarly, some time back.)

1
ElectionPredictor 1 point ago +1 / -0

One must have enough intelligence to be able to. Few do, sadly.

2
PepeSee 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, it's more than just intelligence. It's an obstacle I've struggled to understand. Like when I'm wrong, especially big time, I seek to own it and correct it. Like I say in my case I was challenged about my whole world view (which admittedly wasn't super defined, but essentially leftist due to previous void) and couldn't give good arguments against a guy that was super capitalist etc.

There seems to be something fundamental about character - not sure if it's learned or what (though from my earliest thinking I've always found Fairness to be of peak importance)(maybe we all do, maybe we lose that and most give up?) - that many just can't or won't really accept challenges, like it's somehow worse to find out you're wrong, admit it, and have to change, than to BE wrong and continue denying and being wrong. It's weird and I think understanding this would probably help with understanding a lot about people, really.

1
ElectionPredictor 1 point ago +1 / -0

It takes someone intelligent enough to get past the cognitive dissonance that occurs, and see the truth.

It also takes someone with enough personal character to admit they were wrong (or "were had").

You are absolutely right. 100% agree.

4
inspoken 4 points ago +4 / -0

35
MAGA_Patriot_1776 35 points ago +35 / -0

This George Carlin show woke me up big time (link at end of post). I saw it about the same time as the Republican National Convention in 2016.

I noticed that no former Republican President or Republican Presidential nominee attended their OWN convention in 2016. Even John Kasich, the governor of Ohio, and a presidential candidate in 2016, didn't show up at the convention hosted in Cleveland, OHIO.

I was thinking, "What the hell? Where are the Republican leaders at the Republican convention?"

I contrasted this with George Carlin's Big Club skit and realized Trump wasn't part of the Big Club. I realized I had been lied to all my life that we have a two party system and we have to choose between Dems and Repubs.

I realized our two party system isn't D vs R at all. It's US vs THEM.

I believe this now more than ever. Why do you think Republican Governors in AZ and GA are against the audits? Why are Republican state legislators in MI and WI, who control both houses in those states, against the audits?

It's because they are in the Big Club (uni-party, deep state, whatever you want to call them). They don't represent their conservative voters. They represent themselves.

If you want to red pill someone, show them the George Carlin video and explain how neither "party" looks out for the American Citizens.

It is US vs THEM.

I’m with you! I have listened to Carlin stand up since I was a kid and that man truly had it all figured out. To say he was wise beyond his years would be an understatement. I credit him for helping me develop an almost instinctive bullshit meter.

“Rights aren't rights if someone can take them away. They're privileges. That's all we've ever had in this country, is a bill of temporary privileges. And if you read the news even badly, you know that every year the list gets shorter and shorter.”

-Carlin

EXCEPT for the fact that Americans have become so ignorant regarding their rights, responsibilities and duties. If we don't know what our public servants are and are not allowed to do, what do we have? Dictators, Agenda 21 on steroids now, fraud & corruption everywhere. Carlin pointed out a lot that was/is wrong but not HOW and WHY.

Phishhed44 4 points ago +4 / -0

Fuqqin Spot-ON!!! I remember ALL that. 😎

31
damessinger 31 points ago +31 / -0

It was 911 that started my awakening process, realizing that bush is a traitor but then I voted for fucking obama twice falling into the republican versus democrat lies. It was in his second term when I heard he was purging the military based upon questioning the leaders as to whether they would fire on American citizens and if they said no, they were out. I found that he was also putting our military at risk with faulty equipment and outdated shit. That's when I realized something was amiss and that corruption was in both parties and I had to do my own research if I really wanted to know the truth. I too sometimes wish I didn't know what I know now as it is so much easier to be asleep but our country is slipping away and it is up to us to save it by doing our part however small that may be. So I now spend 4-6 hours a day researching and learning all I can about The Plan and so much more.

24
Infinitum 24 points ago +24 / -0

Mine was watching Zeitgeist as a 15 year old kid. Learning about the federal reserve, and other crazy stuff. I did a speech in high school about how 9/11 was a setup by the Bushes. I live in a red state and that didn’t go over well with the conservative farmer kids at the time lol

MarkusCincinnatus 5 points ago +5 / -0

I hope you have a video of that speech. What was the context? Was it for a class?

3

Yeah it was in English class. Unfortunately I don’t have a recording as it was back in 2005-2006 when I was a sophomore and my parents were poor and didn’t care enough to record anything. I don’t even really have pictures from when I was a kid. The context was directly on how buildings shouldn’t collapse like that and how the Bush family was meeting with the Bin Ladens years before this happened and some other stuff. It was long ago can’t fully remember everything from the speech

I really lost my shit when I saw votes changing on live tv on election night. Before that I was just extremely skeptical…. I have always lived by the George Carlin rule which is “I don’t believe anything the government tells me”…. I was really dooming when Biden took office but this community helped me realize that there is a larger plan in place to save this country and drain the swamp. The Q drops combined with the connections made by MEO to the law of war manual confirmed that to me beyond a shadow of a doubt. Right now I’m just impatiently waiting…. It blows my mind to think some of you started to wake up on 9/11 when I was an infant. I’m 21 years old and I’m prepared to hold the line until I’m 80 if I have to. Covfefe- in the end we win.

In summer 2020, I was visiting Wisconsin, precisely downtown Madison. The shops were boarded. And while there were typical college students milling about, there were mentally-deranged activists painting BLM all over plywood board-ups. I decided to stay in my hotel room that night, which is sad because Madison is a truly beautiful city. I decided to investigate this "Qanon" thing that the media was harping about. Within an hour, I ingested the entire bottle of red pills. Having been greatly disturbed, I pulled back... until a few days before the inauguration. In a desperate state, I went back to the drops. I've been at relative peace ever since, and I can't thank you all enough for being there.

I've always been curious about the spiritual side of things. But it was late 2000s when I was given a copy of a book about strawmen and the true reason for birth certificates. I was a county court clerk (misdemeanors and civil suits), and by April 2010 had to quit because I realized what they were actually doing to people (stealing their money), and it sickened me. I even filed a UCC at the state level to declare my sovereignty and used it to remove a debt. My husband and I often talk about how nice it was to not know anything about what was going on, but we really wouldn't go back now!

Love This Voatanon! 911 was my wake up, but a bare bare beginning. Though I was sure I couldn't trust the narrative I was being given, and though spiritually I mistrusted Bush after that, I still thought R's were better than D's. I'd say it took until Don Jr. made a big deal after 2020 that NO REPUBS were supporting Trump to realize how deep and wide the swamp-or shall I say trap, because I think it is a trap. And when those walls fall down it will be sudden, like Jericho, because God likes to show off bigly!

Long process for me, marked by multiple awakenings.
Unfortunately, after some awakenings I fell into different webs of lies.
My first awakening was when I was an art student, and could not accept abstract expressionism. I caught a lot of flack for that, The CIA. Nelson Rockefeller, and the CFR were the ones pushing it.
Second was the lies pushed by the media, this was early eighties.
Worst trap I fell into was trusting Bush.
Trump is the only politician that newer lied to me.

Technically Trump is a politician but, I never considered him one. A leader, A hero for many and many other titles but, I don’t put him in that class with with those fools.

Long process too. In early 70s as Art major ( bc was told there are NO teaching jobs to be) I did not want to be in required nude model drawing class. Got exemption after talking to dept . They let me work extra credits with Art History prof instead( she was based I later realized). Guess they just thought I was an unserious prude. Then ,after working in medical field 15 yrs (up until Obamacare-less was installed). I used to ask questions at the office meetings where the tech idiots would be informing of all the rules/regs/reporting to be required by our doctors. Like: Who is all this data going to?? Why do you need to put everything on a laptop?? We are losing the “ art of medicine”. Etc. I was fly in ointment of presentations. Now I’m a self employed artist, and supply a very local market with useful/ decorative ceramics. Perhaps ppl think I’m a liberal bc of profession ( artsy etc). THEY COULD NOT BE FARTHER FROM TRUTH!!) Many other AWAKE artists out there!! ?? We specialize in LOOKING AT THE WORLD TOO!

Racine and Brazil are closely connected in many ways, particularly through the Family Company and its leader who Bill Clinton appointed to the President’s Council on Sustainable Development.

Racine is a model UN city.

Weapons of Mass Destruction, 9/11 (Official Story), Ron Paul being robbed of the nomination like Bernie Sanders was really started it.

FooTube shadow-banning anything deemed "conspiratorial" in nature, and how that hidden opinion happens to be closer to the truth than any official narative.

How everything on TV-Flix is slave-grade thought control. Finding out government science is all lies to support the agenda. NASA being started by Werner Von Braun through Operation Paperclip and how not many Nazis were put to death...

How doing or saying anything that breaks the matrix makes it fight back Agent Smith style.

Didn't care about politics but always leaned conservative. After Trump took office I was shocked how much the MSM trashed talked him. But already knew the media was biased, by the end of 2020 I was a passionate supporter and a user on /r/T_D, then T_D.win. I'd walk through glass to vote for him (and I'm in a blue state).

When I went to sleep on 11/3 I felt relief, woke up in disbelief. T_D.win was a circus by then. I'd seen the phrase WWG1WGA before but never had any idea what it was. Did my own research and found my way here, never looked back. It all made sense. Epecially with abortion ramping up and knowing how the food industry is so corrupt. It didn't take much to see it was all the same old evil. Even woke up my already conservative family with the Q proofs. I remember re-watching Trumps inaguration speech just sitting with them going "WOW he's been saying it clearly all along!!!"

After 1/20 I've understood better that this is a long game plan. Pray every day and trusting God's plan, in the end that's all that matters. I still think we're headed for revelation even after the white hats are successful in taking down the cabal. But at least I can rest my heart in knowing God wins. 🙏

On a sad note, the more I try to grow spiritually, the more I find old resources where people are trying to warn others of the NWO etc and I feel sad that I'd been so asleep. But no longer!

My whole adult life I’ve known something’s been off.

I’m a lifelong Christian, so I’ve known it’s something bigger than what’s here on the planet’s surface.

What really opened my eyes though, and blew my mind, was seeing the movie “The Matrix“ in 1999.

So many undertones that finally connected, for me, the struggles between the evil powers of this world and universe, and the higher power of God above it all.

6
USA_mama 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah that feeling that something is wrong, absolutely resonates 1000%. The awakening just makes compete sense.

8
Redpillian 8 points ago +8 / -0

I was always curious after 9/11 like many. But a twist in my path and thought process was while I was on acid and saw "I pet goat II". That was a real wake up call, I had so many questions, and even called it at the beginning saying bush kinda looks like obama and the very next part unfolded (Sounds stupid, if you haven't seen it go watch it).

I was a Bernie supporter because I was a college drop out and wanted a 2nd shot at life after being buried in debt and a ruined credit score. As for the great awakening, it was the las vegas shooting, swept under the rug. I was looking for more answers as some of my friends were so hopeless in the state of our world and distraught. I stumbled upon Destroying the illusion and his whiteboard and he went over false flags and it turned the tide. Because of his coverage, I've been aware of Q within the first week.

Since Trumps presidency I see life for how it really is. I own a house, I graduated college, I have an amazing career and a 10 minute commute to work. I may not be an engineer, but I work for the company I dreamed of in high school, earning upper middle class wage before 30. Amazing that some of those friends are stuck in old ways and are washed by the bullshit. My loyal friends can smell it from a mile away without any assertion from me. If they ask questions or bring something to the table, I lead them to a trail they can dig through and find out themselves.

Happy to be here and be reassured patriots are taking strides in the digital age.

Mine began with the third tower. None of my cohort here in Australia could quite remember that there was a third tower, but I Googled it to find it was called WTC7.

Well, the conspiracies around it seemed a little too out there for me to process, until I discovered Ron Paul and the R3VOLUTION. I then found myself on the Daily Paul forum, one of the spiritual predecessors of The Donald. As a truth-seeking website, Red Pills were being dropped left and right including the truth about 9/11 and WTC7 being a controlled demolition. I learned enough physics and remembered just enough about the events of that day to realise that some conspiracies were in fact real, and that the controlled demolition of the three towers was definitely my "pet conspiracy" (others included the Fed's manipulation of currency).

Once Ron Paul was blocked out of the RNC and ended his last presidential campaign for 2012, I ended up lingering on the Daily Paul. Then in 2015, Ron Paul's son Rand Paul announced his run, and then Trump announced his run, splitting the community into two fervent camps. Unwilling to oversee a struggle for succession, and deciding that the Ron Paul Era had drawn to a close, the owner decided it was time to shut down the servers so that everyone could move on.

After this I quit looking at US politics, because I was disgusted and disillusioned by how the establishment had stonewalled Ron Paul, and I didn't know whether to support Rand Paul or Donald Trump, both of whom I'd liked, and I had life to focus on here in Australia anyway. Much of what I saw afterwards about Trump was therefore filtered through the lens of the MSM. Fortunately, knowing how the MSM mistreated Ron Paul, and seeing how crooked Hillary Clinton and the Democrat machine seemed to be even on the surface (I had yet to delve deep into the DS), I remained skeptical about what the MSM was saying. I had a rule that whatever the MSM was saying, the opposite was likely true. Thus, when Donald Trump won the election, I was elated, even when others around me dreaded the news.

Although I maintained privately that Trump was a genius, I stayed away from US political news until the 2020 election cycle, when I really began to look at Trump and joined TDW and decided, unwisely with incomplete information, to go "all in" with a bet on a Trump victory.

Then I watched in horror as I watched night time Australian Time, I saw numbers flip in a way that should not have been possible. It was then that my Awakening really began.

Growing up--bread crummed with Zeitgeist, Ron Paul's critique of the Fed and watching some documentary about Facebook being funded by the CIA.

Then media hypocrisy over the past 2.5 years. Then Covid and the insane reaction from the general population and churches! Then fully triggered on Jan 6 when Pence accepted the electoral votes.

I knew when it was him and Hillary vying for the nomination - and I knew McCain had no shot . Don't know how I knew - but I knew. I was pretty ignorant about the satanic crap and child exploitation which today I still feel guilty for not questioning more earlier.

I was in high school in the 90s. I wrote a paper called manipulative media focussing on Bill Clinton's campaign and the way the media reported it. Around this time I also wrote a 10 page paper on the JFK assasination. At this point I was not awake, but was noticing the lies. I voted for W. with enthusiasm in 2000. In 2004 I voted for him just because he was better than Kerry and was an R. I held my nose and voted for McStain in 2008 b/c muh Obama. Again in 2012 I voted for Romney b/c dems bad repubs good.

Since 2004 I distrusted RINOs, that distrust grew every year.

It took Trump to 100% prove the RINOs are not only against us completely, but are the vast majority of the party.

I was on the Trump train from the first debate. Watching the way he treated Jeb and the others was priceless.

Am I fully awake now, I don't know if we can ever be fully awake. There is too much unknown information. But I have gone from distrusting the media, to distrusting most of government and big corps.

7
ProudMomOfAPatriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

I grew up questioning everything but I keep seeing things that make me wonder how awake I've really been. Even in high school, my class discussed the assassination of JFK and our general consensus pointed at the CIA. (I graduated in '98 so these discussions were probably around 1995). We all knew about a government connection to Pearl Harbor. There was a lot we were missing but those were events everyone knew about around me.

Knowing the corruption is out there and seeing it proven more and more every single day just keeps continuing to wake me up. I almost feel as if I've been sleep walking rather than truly awake.

4
GEOTW 4 points ago +4 / -0

My high school AP gov teacher made us watch JFK's assassination in class too. I had no clue why he did that at the time but I realize now he was trying to redpill us. It was 2012 in Fairfax County Public Schools, which has been in the news a lately along with Loudon County. For some reason, none of my teachers were retarded leftists and they never tried to indoctrinate us.

My redpill was watching the media propagandize Islam with "religion of peace" while Muslims were blowing themselves up every other week. I spent hundreds of hours researching Islam, caring less and less about my social life because everyone I knew either didn't care or was brainwashed. I didn't really like Trump until 2020. I watched the media do the same thing with BLM then I realized the Democrats are liars. Then I bet $5000 Trump would win and I was in for a rude awakening on November 3rd. Then I learned almost all of the elite, except Trump, are EVIL. It was like my life flashed before my eyes and everything suddenly made sense. From my AP gov teacher to 9/11 to Trump asking for Obama's birth certificate. EVERYTHING makes sense now.

Was a liberal. Even thought pedophilia was okay and should have the laws reworked.

Thought feminism was great and was a cuck.

AND ABOVE ALL, I had a general anti-white/American stance.

THEN... the media I trusted so much shit on me for one simple iddy biddy little thing....

They called me racist homophobic misogynistic transphobic FOR....!!!!

Playing video games.

It was a slow process. But I would have to say, it started with #Gamergate.

That opened me to see how fucked everything was at colleges and companies just going SJW crazy.

Then I actually started listening to what the other side had to say.... just pure logic in everything they said.

I was taught MLKjr logic... judge by character.... AND THEY DONT FUCKING DO THAT NOW DO THEY??

After that, it was illegal immigration, the muslim migrants and their whole LITERAL devil worshiping cult, Trump, then the Podesta Emails, #Pizzagate, then Q. Now... all this stuff would have sounded batshit crazy to me in the past.... but HERE IS WHERE MY WHOLE SENSE OF BELIEF IN THE MSM NEWS TRAIN CAME TO A FUCKING HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALT!!!

They tried so hard to censor everything...

Or at the very least, nay say every one of these things and paint it to be something it was not.

Mine personally began in 2008 when Ron Paul ran for president. We saw people unite around him from all walks of life, both sides of the political spectrum and have more energy than any other candidate. Even raise SIX MILLION DOLLARS from everyday people in one day, only to have the MSM short him on time and steal his votes for candidacy. (same stunt they would pull on Bernie later when Hillary ran)

Reading the New Testament in high school (1980s) and realizing it was a tool for control. I was raised Catholic, but always questioned the truth of it, especially being in the LA Archdiocese and knowing friends who were molested by priests. What an evil crock of shit the Roman Catholic Church has turned out to be.

Reading Orwell's '1984' (again in high school) and having my mind blown.

Hearing George H.W. Bush say the phrase "New World Order" live on TV and thinking then and there, "this can't be good."

4
ArcaneSlang 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wait what? That’s 2 opposing ideas. The Catholic church and the New Testament are diametrically opposed. You read it as a still child. Reread it as a slave. Because we are all slaves.

2
CrimsonSentinal 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Archdiocese of Los Angeles in the 1970s and 1980s had “us” students read from both the New and Old Testaments, it wasn’t until I read the New Testement for a college prep course in High School (I was 16 at the time) that I had a revelation of how the Bible was used as a mechanism of power and control. I don’t need to reread any bible to know we are all slaves. I hope the truth comes out and whatever “true” version of the Bible that is locked up in a vault in the Vatican can one day be revealed to the world.

I do believe, I do have faith, I just don’t trust what I’ve been told by those who have told it.

1
ArcaneSlang 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree. But what the church particularly the Catholic church does is tell you you are too stupid to understand the Bible and you need priests and the popes to disseminate it for you. Look what the church did to William Tyndale. Religion is the opiate of the masses. But my relationship with Jesus Christ really developed after reading the Bible cover to cover. It wrecked a lot of people relationships tho. It was weird. I never shared my Bible reading to anyone but suddenly people wanted drama and homie don’t play…They gone.

All religions or ideals can be tools for control. The standout about the New Testament in particular (I fucking hate that phrase, it's all one book) are the teachings of Christ. There is not one thing in there that if you devote your life to it that will bring harm to you or anyone. Until someone can articulate why the teachings of Christ are bad, and I mean what Christ said specifically, not someone else's interpretation or perversion, I will continue to have faith. No the Bible is not perfect. I think Book of Eli says it best, "It's beat up, but it will do the job."

I used to hand out info on the John Birch Society around election times with my dad door to door when I was a kid. So I had been taught by my hero to love our country and to never take the government at their word. Waco was horrific to watch live. There was no excuse for it. Those lives lost, all the children burned alive, if nothing else, woke up sleeping citizens everywhere.

5
SemperMAGA 5 points ago +5 / -0

I got semi- red-pilled sometime in the 90s when my dad told me stories about his life in the late 1960s and onwards in the USSR. I didn't understand the whole picture back then as I was a kid but I knew that what I was hearing didn't make sense. Western music was banned, so my dad had an illegal radio which allowed him to listen to music on a radio station of one of the neighboring countries. He trained as a merchant marine but after one or two trips abroad he was later refused the exit visa because he was deemed to be badly influenced by the West and a potential flight risk. There are other stories but even the 12,000 characters I get here won't be enough to tell all of them.

My mom's stories are different but no better, in fact hers are worse because she was complicit in some of the acts that she described. She is easily influenced by Google search results and does not think for herself. She recently asked me why I like freedom so much, and that's when she solidified it to me that she is indeed a communist/big government sympathizer.

I have plenty of emotional trauma left over from my childhood in the USSR and post-Union times. As I entered my 20s, and moved away from home, I was more liberal-leaning than I'd like to admit.

I self red-pilled in micro doses towards the end of my 20s, especially when I had to wait 18 months for health check ups in a socialized healthcare system, but I was supposed to get them every 6-12 months and they didn't have any appointments available. Also seeing my neighbors not working, and having the government pay all their bills and give them enough unemployment to live off of comfortably when I worked my ass off was also eye opening. When I got married my husband exposed me to a truck full of red pills about 9/11, big government, the economy, etc etc etc. Fast forward to one of the first Trump rallies pre-2016 where he first said that Mexico isn't sending their best, and I sort of brushed it off as him being silly and irrelevant. But after I sat down and watched a full rally I thought that Trump was right! The final red pill moment was when I saw how badly Trump was portrayed by the commie media for telling the truth.

If you're interested in a story about escaping from the USSR then my most favorite of all the oceanographer Stanislav Kurilov, who pulled off a completely insane escape. When I try to tell people about the dangers of communism they just gasp and think I'm exaggerating.

You discussed your father's troubles in the USSR. I'm guessing he's not fond of communism. Then you said your mom is a communist sympathizer. I'm just wondering how they could get along enough to get married. I'm guessing they didn't discuss politics.

1
SemperMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Oh, my parents both lived in the USSR and got married there. They are still together, and live in one of the former USSR republics. Politics wasn't something that was actively discussed back then because someone was ALWAYS listening, and those people were ready to report you to people in power (this included your boss at work) for spreading anti-communist information. You could get reprimanded, shamed, fired, taken to court (very biased, of course), prosecuted, jailed, etc. Snitching was rampant and highly encouraged because it would help snitches advance in life without much effort.

I inherited my dad's free spirit, but I also value my mother's experiences - I am much more aware of what's going on around me because of them.

My ex is where it started. I could go on for days about it, but when she left and took our child, which was my entire world at the time and my children still are to this day, and just walked out the door because she, "wasn't happy anymore" even though I gave them both the world on a silver platter... believe me or not it doesn't matter to me. But when i went to court to try and get custody of my daughter, I had a house, a job, a vehicle, a means to support life on my own. To which my ex did not, and the court ended up ruling that she get soul, physical, and full custody of our daughter, that made absolutely no sense to me. I could not believe it. It just literally made no sense as to why the court would give our daughter to her, when she lived with her mother, had no job, no car, nothing. So I knew it wasn't right. So I began to question. And drink my life into implosion. Threw it all away, because my daughter was taken from me for no good reason. Ahhh... being young and naive.... but in any case, I realized that things were not as they seemed, and that humanity had left the world at some point. If it ever really existed in the first place in society at large. So I began to question everything. And the rest is history. It took my entire world being taken from me to finally open my eyes to the fact that, this world is corrupt as all hell. I trusted the government to make the right decision. And in my eyes. They made a very foolish one.
