Let's Discuss Career Changes
🗣️ DISCUSSION 💬
Lets face it. Many industries are beginning to cuck out and require the poison to continue working.
This means patriots must make a choice. Give up years worth of training and education in their chosen career, or submit to the poison.
With this in mind, what are some prosperous careers that patriots could jump into that don't require years of prior experience and training?
It really depends on where you are with your career. A network will help you to make a switch and to apply the systematics of what you can do, to the new industry where you want to work.
It all depends on who you are talking to. I have taken on quite a number of new staff, but I do this my way. And as an interim manager I have quite a say in what goes down or not.
For instance, in one project I needed to rearrange the department, throw some bad apples out, and take on new people. In this case I needed someone who was well spoken, smart, strong. Knowledge is a matter of training. I instructed the HR department to show me two piles of CV's. Those they thought would match, and those they thought would not. They were angry. But fuck'm. I have my standards, and choose the best people to interview, not based on apparent matches, but the soft skills I needed. It was a steep learning curve for that person but he did a good job. (I sound like Trump, I know)
And the person I took on was key to the success of my project and thanks to him, we saved that company a couple of times. After my project ended, the person remained working there.
I am well aware, this is not the average of any one in the HR department. So, you would need a sponsor. Hence, your network. And it may be difficult to establish that network on short notice.
Another thing to keep in mind is, that many companies are slow to identify risk. With all the vaxxing going on, in addition to calling the company before you drop your CV, you may want to make sure you are dealing with patriots and non-vaxxed people.
Today I got a message from someone who works in a vaxx station. The daily horror show that commences after people get the jab is revolting: passing out, oxygen deprivation, and even stopping breathing, spasms and epileptic seizures, medical personnel in panic mode, doors being shut, etc.
The consequences and ensuing drama, sickleave, trauma, and frankly death will show itself in the months to come. For some companies it may be a welcome reduction of redundancies in the HR department. It seems to me, based on the data I have seen, the second and third shot will impact men more than women. But both groups will be hit severely.
These openings need filling. So, there is a real chance to make a nice carreer switch and to really work in an area you love to expand and grow in, and to work in a company that is patriotic and sound minded.
And maybe, you will have to accept a paycut for a while. But you will buy peace of mind.
God bless you!
