Apologies for the length; it is necessary to see the thought process behind this lawsuit.

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA

Case 2:21-cv-04920 Filed 06/17/21

Defendants (several, then) VISA INC., a Delaware corporation.

COMPLAINT

  • VIOLATIONS OF FEDERAL SEX TRAFFICKING LAWS [18 U.S.C. §§ 1591, 1594, 1595], among others.

  • At all times relevant to this complaint, major credit card companies and their member banks providing merchant services to MindGeek [a VISA customer] were aware of its trafficking venture and knowingly profited from it.

  • They did so despite numerous high profile publicly reported instances of obvious and indisputable trafficking, the termination of relationships with MindGeek by competitors and other business partners, facts in plain sight and known to them, and detailed reports presented to them from numerous anti-trafficking advocacy groups.

  • Certainly, taken together, all of this would have informed even the densest inquisitor that MindGeek was intentionally engaged in commercializing non-consensual trafficked content.

  • The credit card companies and their members providing merchant banking to MindGeek were not uniquely incapable of understanding all of this.

  • To the contrary, they were uniquely capable and in the best position to understand this.

  • And they did understand this. They simply chose to do business with MindGeek and benefit from its trafficking venture nevertheless.

What do you think about that?

Imagine the implications if they lose.

First indictment [unseal] will trigger mass pop awakening.

First arrest will verify action and confirm future direction.

They will fight but you are ready.

Marker [9].

Q

President Trump's executive orders come to mind.

Would the government indict this corporation, and possibly its competitors? Wouldn't that trigger a mass population awakening, among other things?

If the first arrest is related to this court case, who would the government arrest? The CEO? The CFO? The Board of Directors? The stockholders?

The mind boggles!

The assets of VISA confiscated: literally billions. $523 billion.

How would they fight back? Perhaps by threatening to cut off everyone's credit.

WAKE UP!
