My father in law got the Phizer-Biontec jab 6 weeks ago and now has serious clotting in his leg.

I learned however, that it is not deemed related to the jab if it occurs later than 2 weeks after getting the jab (at least in my country).

Sounds to me like another way of manipulating the side effects data.
