A person could develop a crippling paranoia thinking that 10 people, because that's what Q is, are bombarding us with veiled news that has the number 17 in it. Surely they have more on their plate to think about than to devote time to obscure communications to tell us--what? Surely the opposition would quickly catch on and start their own "17" drops.
