The $2 billion settlement--which is on top of $2.55 billion already paid by various insurers--resolves all outstanding claims for the buildings destroyed in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
Not sure I get the point. Looks like a small company starts a YouTube channel and does some vids with low view counts and stops. When the tower falls they seize the opportunity to do videos with their analysis. They have a website and several staff highlighted so nothing seems out of the ordinary, they are in Florida.
It looks to me like this youtube channel is devoted entirely to controlling the narrative of why the building went down.
Or a fortuitous coincidence.

The Champlain building had serious flaws. It was going to cost millions to repair.
