So in Korea 95% of restaurants you visit you have to scan a QR code to get in via their favorite chat app Kakao Talk. The app sent out an update the other day saying they will start accepting proof of vaccinations so when you scan and someone who is infected visits the same place, they will exclude you from getting a mandatory test and 2 week quarantine.

I just see where this is going, most Koreans want to get vaccinated, so much so that they are complaining there aren't enough to go around. I saw a 2 month old with a mask on, her whole face was red :( poor baby. And ALL the kids here are like zombies, parents with masks, kids with mask, zero social skills are being learned... the kids just sit and stare. But once they get enough vaccines to go around, they will 100% require you to be vaccinated to go into restaurants... we are probably 6 months to a year out from that.

It's really sad honestly, I love it here and don't want to leave but I feel like going back to the states with my 1 year old son and wife is probably the best bet even though it will be equally as shitty if Trump isn't back in office.... at least in the states I have my guns and I can get away from the cities. Just sad times ;/
