The price of the first apple computer was $666.66 https://duckduckgo.com/?q=first+apple+666&t=osx&ia=web
I think Apple used that logo for specific reasons, absolutely.
On a side note. Someone told this to me one day. Why do do we always assume it was an apple. There are several fruits that grow on trees, and the Bible doesnβt specifically say which fruit it was. I just always thought how weird we all just assume an apple. π
I ask people randomly sometimes about that and only my wife said something different. She always think of a pear.
It was fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
??? I had to reread what I posted, because I donβt remember asking where it came from...I was referring what kind of fruit. Kind, as in what we think it was...as in apple, pear, peach, etc. Most people assume apple. But the Bible never says.
The bible doesn't say a specific fruit, it says it's from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
You know your literally repeating what Iβm saying right. You ok?
No. You're focusing on the fruit. I'm focusing on the tree.
I asked if you were ok, you replied βnoβ...now everything makes sense.
What tree would bear fruit, but also be a delight to the eyes?
@ Chronic
To me, personally, I would think peach.
Here is the original/first Apple logo from 1976:

That's obviously a watermelon.
Well duh π
What's the point of this??
Iβm 99.999% sure that Apple is a reference to Issac Newton
Soooo, youβre saying it could be something else? π π jk.
Jobs has been asked about the bitten Apple being a Biblical reference. Heβs given different answers.
This was in their mind when they created the logo. Not an accident.
