This is not really a win. Macron clawed back SOME places where the vaxxport was orinally required, but has continued to keep it required in select places/venues (ie/ malls over a certain size). Be aware if the passport exists in any form, it will continuously be expanded little by little until their end result is accomplished. Think "temporary income tax" to deal with war expenses. So long as it exists, those in power will try to expand it.
