Joking aside about France, history can give a bit of insight to where this is going. USUALLY the French like to moan and complain in general, but their protests are usually just that. Blocking ports and stuff. The fact they are starting to wreck their own stuff shows they are getting mighty pissed off. Looking at the history books and the last time they got really pissed off, it's not looking good for the current leadership.
There is an error in the paper: "On July 17, 110,000 people marched in France against the anti-covid measures announced by the government with three rallies in Paris"; it was 114,000 according to the police and more than 1,000,000 according to the organizers.
I don't think it's an error, it's done on pourpose to make it look like a bunch of tards are protesting, also here in Italy they said about FR 'some thousands of people', no mention at all or almost instead of UK / Ireland / Greece / Cyprus
Recall (Declaration of Human Rights in France, 1993):
Article 33. - Resistance to oppression is the consequence of other human rights.
Article 34. - There is oppression against the social body when only one of its members is oppressed. There is oppression against each member when the social body is oppressed.
Article 35. - When the government violates the rights of the people, the insurrection is, for the people and for each portion of the people, the most sacred of rights and the most indispensable of duties.

Macron pushing the vaccine passports appears to be today's version of 'let them eat cake'.

Les Gascons ....
Cyrano de Bergerac (Gascon) drawing his sword to fight against death:
"What do you say ... It's useless ... I know! But we do not fight in the hope of success! No! no, it's much more beautiful when it's useless"
Great quote.

But here I would say it must be a problem with lit butt or faulty electric meter
Or the police who set fire to discredit the "antivax"
