I was very hopeful about this, been using a phone I bought in 2015 trying to wait out buying another one because I have one of the few phones that came WITHOUT the facebook app preloaded, and I like it that way because I'm not on facebook. The more and more I try to reach out to this company, the fewer answers I get. My first email to this company was on 7/14, which still has not been answered.
Today I went back to their website and saw that they had a chat feature. I thought, "good! Now I'll get some of the answers I've been looking for." Yeah, not so much. The chat begins in an automated fashion asking for your name, email address, etc. No problem, I typed all that in. Then it says, "We'll be back in 53 minutes" and states that I'll receive answers to my questions both in the chat window, as well as in my email. I am now a full 2 hours past the point when I initiated the chat, I have no answers, no reply at all - I even typed in the chat window after an hour, "So....back in 53 minutes....it's now been an hour...Anyone there?" Then after another half hour I typed, "Hello? Been trying to reach you guys for over an hour and a half now..." Nothing - no response at all. NO email.
If this company is legit, why won't they answer any questions at all? Their customer service is nonexistent. This is a red flag in my opinion - I wanted to ask if anyone else has had any luck at all getting through to these people BEFORE placing an order?
I will definitely look into this - I appreciate the tip, I am clueless about this kind of thing. I'm not tech savvy at all, so this is a challenge for me. I can use the computer and the phone, but I have no idea how they work.
