A tribute to the United States with American double eagles? Issued by the Cook Islands (monarchy no less) with a picture of the Queen covering our Liberty bell?

It is puzzling... Only link to the queen I can think of is a recent prophecy from Amanda Grace about Big Ben ringing out to bring a dynasty to an end.

Wonder if anyone has thoughts on the double eagle. Interesting.

"Unter dem Doppeladler" (AKA Under the Double Eagle) is an Austrian marching song that was popular in Germany - probably because their German Imperial Eagle.
